Use this quotation checklist
- Name the product: deformed rebar, steel wire, coil or another item.
- State the diameter: list every required size separately.
- Include grade or standard: copy it from the approved document.
- Give an exact quantity: use bars, bundles, kilograms or tonnes.
- Provide timing: say when the material is required.
- Explain logistics: state collection or delivery and the project location.
Example inquiry format
“Hello ABYS Steel. Please confirm availability and quote the following deformed reinforcement bars: [diameter], [grade], [quantity]. Required by [date] for [collection/delivery] at [location].”

- Check the product description and specification.
